EXPERIENCE

Jen Fox joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Vice President of Human Resources for Special Situations, Insurance, and Partnership Strategies teams.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jen was a Director of Human Resources at Harvard Management Company. Earlier in her career, she worked in the legal industry as a human resources business partner and in recruiting roles.

EDUCATION

Jen received an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College. She graduated magna cum laude with honors from New York University with BA in Psychology.
